As a Nepali Church's Pastor living in the US, I understand the importance of having access to quality training and resources to serve my congregation effectively. INSLT is running continuously through online from 2020 to till now, where there is an opportunity to learn about various practical subjects. At the same time, the Himalayan Diaspora Academy (HiDA) is starting soon to make it more better. This is a very good opportunity for those who do not have time to go to Bible college for their study. As an attendee of the International Nepali Speaking Leadership Training (INSLT), I'm excited to hear about the upcoming launch of the Himalayan Diaspora Academy (HiDA) under INSLT's patronage. This online study program will benefit leaders in Nepali-speaking congregations who are serving without any Bible college study. The academy offers courses in Nepali language that target leaders serving at the leadership level of the congregation. Additionally, the flexible schedule allows learners to study at their own pace. The subjects offered are tailored to the needs of Nepali-speaking congregations by experienced and intellectual personalities. Overall, I believe that the Himalayan Diaspora Academy will strengthen and empower Nepali-speaking congregations as a whole.

Just as a balanced diet is a need for physical growth and health the sound and solid food for spiritual growth is a must. My experience for the last three years with INSLT learning and growing has been so enriching. The highly qualified teachers from different nations are worthy of praise for their hard work and dedication. I am confident that the church leaders in Nepali diaspora across the globe will be strengthened under the Himalayan Diaspora Academy (HiDA). I take the opportunity to congratulate the leadership for taking such initiative.

I have been attending INSLT since the last three years till now. I am richly blessed through this training. The lectures are full of experiences, filled with wisdom and faith. They are passionate to teach the word of God in an accurate way. The teachers have been teaching with full wisdom and any denominational students can gain the knowledge and degrees.
