Program Structure
1. How long will it take to complete the program?
The program includes about 90 videos. If a church completes one video per week, the program will take approximately 90 weeks (just under two years). However, the schedule is entirely flexible and up to the churches.
2. What is the average length of each video?
Each video is approximately 1 hour long.
3. Can the program be paused or extended if our church faces delays?
Yes, churches have complete flexibility to pause or extend the program based on their needs.
4. Is there a recommended schedule?
Scheduling is entirely up to the churches. They can follow a weekly format, group multiple videos together, or set their own pace.
Facilitator Responsibilities
5. How do we track attendance?
Facilitators will decide how to track attendance. You can use sign-in sheets, maintain records in Moodle, or use other tools that suit your group.
6. What should we do if participants miss sessions?
Facilitators have the flexibility to handle missed sessions. You may share the video link with participants to watch on their own or plan a makeup session.
7. Can we customize the discussions and quizzes?
Yes, facilitators are encouraged to be creative. You can design your own discussions, activities, and quizzes to suit your group.
8. Are there any additional engagement resources?
At present, only the videos are provided. Facilitators can create their own supplementary materials if desired.

HiDA will create an account for each church and provide a unique ID and password. Facilitators will use this to log in and access the videos.
2. What should I do if we face technical issues?
For technical support, you can contact the HiDA admin team directly.
3. Can the videos be accessed offline?
Yes. The videos are hosted on YouTube. Facilitators can save the links or download the videos for offline use if needed.
4. Can individual participants access the videos directly?
Each church will have one access account. Facilitators can share the YouTube links with participants as necessary.
Participation and Certification
1. What happens if someone joins late?
Late joiners are welcome to participate. Facilitators can provide missed video links to help them catch up.
2. How can facilitators ensure participants watch the videos?
This will rely on the facilitator’s method. You can follow up with participants during discussions or quizzes to ensure they are engaging with the material.
3. What happens if a participant attends less than 70% of sessions?
Participants must meet the 70% attendance or video completion requirement to receive a certificate. Exceptions can be handled at the church’s discretion.
4. How are certificates issued?
After the program is completed, the facilitator will confirm the attendance and participation. Certificates will then be signed by HiDA and the church leader and distributed
General Program Information
1. What kind of support will HiDA provide?
HiDA offers technical support for Moodle access and troubleshooting. Additionally, facilitators can contact the admin team for any program-related questions.
2. Can smaller churches collaborate with others for the program?
Yes, churches can work together to run the program if it helps with resources or engagement.
3. Can facilitators involve other leaders to assist?
Yes, additional leaders can assist with discussions, quizzes, or other program elements as needed.
