Office of the President
Dr. Manoj Shrestha
Dr. Manoj Shrestha is a dedicated pastor and educator. He currently serves as the pastor of Nepal Baptist Church of Baltimore. He has a strong academic background, having completed his Ph.D. in Homiletics (Practical Theology) from Princeton Theological Seminary, NJ USA in 2014 and M.Div. from ACTS (Asia Center of Theological Studies and Mission), South Korea in 1999. Alongside his pastoral duties, Dr. Shrestha is also an adjunct professor at Towson University in Maryland. He dedicates a significant amount of time to teaching and preaching ministry, through conducting various seminars and utilizing social media. Dr. Shrestha is a respected leader in his community and is deeply committed to spreading the word of God.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for the governance of HiDA, setting policies, making major decisions, amd ensuring financial accountability. The Board provides strategic guidance to the President and helps to ensure the long-term sustainability and growth of HiDA.
President's Counsel
The President’s Counsel guides the President about different subjects that help HiDA operate effectively internationally. The council includes experts from various fields. They provide critical insights and advice to the President to ensure that HiDA fulfills its mission to equip Nepali-speaking Christian leaders for effective ministry.

Ambassadors
Ambassadors are HiDA’s representatives to various organizations, churches, and communities.
